ChunMin.com 目前是採用美國 MICFO 的虛擬主機搭配 WordPress 部落格系統，虛擬主機的好處是使用彈性大，可以選擇自己喜愛的架站程式；但另一方面，諸如 WordPress 這些 Open Source 都必須自行更新，若有加裝 Plugins，更新時還必須考慮相容性等，有時也挺費時間的。話雖如此，也不能嫌麻煩就疏於更新，因為這些更新多半是為了維護網站安全，我就曾太久沒更新五專同學的 Xoops 網站，結果連續遭受駭客攻擊，反而耗費更多心血復站。
昨晚升級 ChunMin.com 的 Theme 和一些 Plugins，記錄一下其間過程，免得下次又得重新研究一次。

輕輕按下 MSN 傳送鍵，將《廢八》單字表火速快遞到中山區，我優雅地關上房門、開啟 iTune、搜尋Messiah 之後，用滑鼠按下 Hallelujah Chorus，隨音樂甩髮高呼「我看見天為我開了，偉大聖潔的神向我顯現!! 」冷不防，眼角瞥見某氣質編輯的部落格以斗大的標題寫著〈關於廢棄公主及北歐神話的一場騙局〉，呃……好吧，我說謊，其實我上星期就瞄到了，但我是沒骨氣的人，立刻將視窗塞進口袋，假裝一切都不曾發生，呃……唉！我又騙人了，電視機前面的小朋友，別試了，視窗是不可能塞進口袋裡的。
「不遷怒、不貳過」向來是我的座右銘，當然要利用這個機會好好自我檢討，嗯！既然 Sir Walter Scott 說「There is but one Book」，那就翻翻這本史上最暢銷的聖典吧，喔～～果不其然！答案就在其中。
前陣子重權 Widows XP，無意間發現 C 槽根目錄下多了「pollst.txt」和「pollog.txt」兩個文字檔，今天查到 ATI Technology Forum 的這篇文，似乎是 ATI Driver 自動生成的檔案，引用如下：
A couple of you are asking about two new files that appear on your root C drive. (pollst.txt and pollog.txt)
I asked around and turns out that someone here inadvertantly left a DEBUG statement on inside of driver.
The files are deleted each time the system is booted up, and then will grow with DEBUG statements until the next reboot. The size should not be that big unless you never reboot. You can safely delete these two files from your C: root drive. They are not dangerous to your system in any way.
This is some of the stuff we have to do when we build drivers and do testing on them. Kinda cool huh?
I have been assured this will not appear in future releases.
OK，先砍了再說。一不做，二不休，順便開啟隱藏檔案大檢查，結果又發現根目錄下除了 ATI 生成的文字檔外，居然出現大量的 .SQM 檔，檔名分為：「sqmdata**」和「sqmnoopt**」兩類。
